Hi, The Euro-Baltic Software Alliance AS and Positive Concepts AS are actively assisting Estonian ICT sme's to find venture capital.
As CEO of both firms I am directly involved in this. Also, as an e-govevernment expert in the EC's framework 7 I have some first hand experience of how to assist them.
Finally, the French firm MBDA has asked me to assist them invest €6 million in Estonian sme's involved in export generating activities.
