Käisin Plektrumi festivali raames paaril Mõttemasina loengul ja meeldis väga. Arukad inimesed, tavapärasest abstraktsemad mõtteharjutused ja Von Krahli must saal on hea kombinatsioon tööpäeva lõpetamiseks. Meeldis niipalju, et andsin ka järele Postimehe ettepanekule oma muljeid jagada. Telefoniintervjuu on selliste teemade jaoks nagu tehistõelisus, energia, eetika, moraal ja tulevik muidugi päris keeruline formaat, aga Urve pani kenasti kirja, mida ise jooksvalt sõnastada suutsin, tulemust saab lugeda siin....

Daniel tõstatas Memokraadis taas kord vana lahendamata teema Eesti online-meedias möllavate anonüümsete internetikommentaatorite laiematest ühiskondlikest mõjudest, millele me iga päev ei mõtle. (Eriti hea on sel teemal tema "ühevaatuseline näidend" Sõnavabadus.) Kirjutasin selle teema jätkuks ühe postituse võimalikest lahendustest. Käisin eile ühe suurema koolituse raames Eesti valitsusasutuste kommunikatsiooniinimestega võrgus suhtlemise teemal mõtteid vahetamas. Möödunudnädalane postitus lapsele interneti vahendusel nime panemisest tekitas uskumatult palju tähelepanu ja vastukaja. Siinse tagasihoidliku blogi puhul on 500 unikaalset lugejat ühe sissekande kohta päris märkimisväärne tulemus. Avastasin üllatusega, et vastsündinud lapsele interneti vahendusel nime panemine on mõnevõrra kõrgema barjääriga tegevus kui loodus sellesama lapse saamisel ette seab. Messing around with travel pictures today on Flickr I suddenly noticed that their front page greets me in Estonian. Just a note that led by recent examples of Jaanus and Skype blogs, this blog is now also trackback-free. The precious time I put aside to maintain this site will go into semi-manually sorting through trackback spam no more.
